Shipping & Postage

When will my order be shipped?

We aim for all orders placed before 3pm to be dispatched between 1-2 working days! The joys of shopping small :)

 

How much is postage? How long will it take?

All orders of £30 and over qualify for free UK delivery! Yay!

Otherwise, UK delivery options are as follows:

Standard (2nd Class, 2-5  Working Days):  £1.99  
1st Class (1-3 Working Days): £2.99 
Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day: £7.00 
Please note this excludes weekends!

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Indeed we do! 

Standard Overseas rates as follows:

Europe (est. 3-5 working days): £4.99

Rest of the world, including America, Asia (est. 5-10 working days): £6.99

Tracked Overseas rates as follows:

Europe (est. 3-5 working days): £8.99

Rest of the world, including America, Asia (est. 5-10 working days): £10.99

It's up to you, but we advise selecting tracked delivery, particularly on high value orders!

 

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We use Royal Mail, or Parcelforce for larger deliveries. All delivery estimates are based on Royal Mail's timeframe.

Will customs charges apply?

Individual countries customs charges may apply - Please note that these are beyond our control and we are not responsible for them! :(

 

Returns

If you change your mind about an item, you can return it up to 30 days after your order for a refund or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, in it’s original packaging please!

 

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we can not except returns on pierced jewellery, such as earrings, unless they are faulty (see below)!

 

What if my item is faulty or I have a problem with my item?

Well, that simply won’t do! Drop us an email at mail@stormandfortune.com and we’ll sort the whole thing out for you.

 

Other

My order is a gift. What can you do?

Lucky them! All orders are gift wrapped as standard, and include a gift receipt (no prices).

Want to add a card for your special recipient? Sure thing!

 

What about your packaging?    

We think it’s super important to be as eco friendly as possible! All orders and packaging, including gift boxes are plastic free, and recyclable.

 

Our gift packaging is also recycled (I wonder what they were in a previous incarnation?)

 

We also recycle any plastic that comes our way during the manufacturing process.
